Featured Home: 2014 AIA Austin Home Tour
Designed by Jay Corder, this 2500 SF Home (Renovation/Addition) located on the Pedernales was featured on the 2014 Homes Tour. The home was designed as a vacation home for a young family with children. The owners requested a low maintenance shell with functional beauty to enjoy their location on the river. The house is a blend of casual living with honest materials and a contemporary aesthetic which creates a beautiful, yet practical vacation home.
